The Vögele Super 800i is a compact tracked paver of the latest generation, year of manufacture 2024, with 917 operating hours — in good working condition and available for prompt delivery.
Power comes from a Deutz TCD 2.9 L4 engine rated at 55.4 kW (75.3 HP), certified to Euro 5 / Tier 4f emission standards. The rubber track undercarriage features a ground contact length of 1,500 mm and track shoes of 250 mm width, with a travel speed of up to 3.6 km/h.
The machine is equipped with the AB 220-3 TV screed. Basic paving width ranges from 1,000 to 2,200 mm, extendable to 3,200 mm with two 500 mm extensions. Maximum laydown rate: 300 t/h; paving speed: 30 m/min; maximum layer thickness: 20 cm. Hopper capacity: 5.8 t. Levelling via NIVELTRONIC Plus system.
