The Powerscreen Trakpactor 550SR (year 2021) is the flagship impact crusher of the Powerscreen range, built for primary and secondary processing of soft to medium-hard materials including natural rock, asphalt, recycling material and demolition waste. With 1,887 operating hours, the plant is in well-maintained used condition and available for immediate delivery (EXW Germany).
Power comes from a CAT C13 engine (328 kW / 440 hp, Euro 5 / Tier 4f) with water-cooled pump circulation, 450-litre fuel tank and 260-litre hydraulic tank. The Terex CR015 impact chamber features a rotor diameter of 1,034 mm (incl. hammers), rotor width 1,000 mm, 4 blow bars, delivering up to 500 t/h at a product size of 20–35 mm. Feed hopper capacity approx. 7.0 m³, feed opening 1,370 × 911 mm, charging height 5,830 mm.
