The Metso Lokotrack LT120 is a top-tier mobile primary jaw crusher — year of manufacture 2025, demo machine with only 67 operating hours, available for immediate delivery ex works Germany.
At its core is the Nordberg C120 jaw crusher with an inlet opening of 1,200 × 870 mm and a crushing capacity of up to 450 t/h. Power comes from a Caterpillar C9.3B engine (310 kW / 422 hp, Tier 4i) with water cooling, 500 l fuel tank and 370 l hydraulic tank. All conveyors, the feeder, and the magnetic separator are hydraulically driven for maximum efficiency.
The 2-step vibrating feeder with integral pre-screen (7.0 m³ hopper, charging opening 3,200 × 1,200 mm, charging height 4,430 mm) ensures a consistent material flow. The H12-12 main conveyor (belt width 1,200 mm, discharge height 3,400 mm) and the H6.5-7 by-pass conveyor (650 mm, 3,000 mm discharge height) both fold hydraulically for transport. A suspended self-cleaning crossbelt overband magnet separator (750 mm) is fitted as standard.
