Power comes from a Kubota turbocharged diesel delivering 48.6 kW (65 HP) from 2,434 cc, fully EU Stage V compliant. A hydrostatic drivetrain with variable-displacement axial piston pumps channels power to all four wheels via high-strength chains, providing dependable 4WD traction on any surface. The machine's ability to spin 360° on its own axis and its distinctive banana-boom backhoe arm make it uniquely suited to congested urban construction sites and agricultural settings where space is at a premium.
The fully glazed cab features air conditioning, an LCD information display, an ergonomic operator seat, and dual joystick controls. Combining a mini excavator and a mini loader in one machine, the HMK 62 SS cuts investment costs while maximising on-site productivity.
