The Finlay J-960 REVAMP is a self-propelled tracked jaw crusher from 2023 with just 493 operating hours — in very good used condition and available immediately EXW Germany.
Power is provided by a Caterpillar C4.4 diesel engine rated at 129 kW (188 hp), Tier-4-Final / Euro 4 emission standard, with an AdBlue/DEF system. Fuel tank capacity is 400 l; hydraulic tank 280 l. The crawler undercarriage is fully hydraulically driven with a maximum travel speed of 0.9 km/h. The machine is controlled via a CANBUS electronic system featuring a wide colour display and two Terex radio remote controls.
The jaw chamber accepts a 900 × 600 mm inlet opening with a CSS adjustable from 40 to 125 mm. A vibrating feeder with integrated pre-screen section channels material into the crushing chamber. The 800 mm wide main discharge conveyor delivers crushed product to a height of 2,900 mm; the conveyor head folds hydraulically for transport. A self-cleaning suspended overband permanent magnet (belt width 750 mm) removes ferrous material from the product stream. A 600 mm bypass conveyor discharges pre-screened fines at 2,000 mm height.
