Power comes from a Mercedes-Benz engine displacing 15,600 cm³ and delivering 430 kW / 585 hp, meeting emission standards Euro 5 / EPA / Tier 4f with AdBlue SCR. Maximum road speed is 40 km/h. Tank capacities: fuel 1,100 l, AdBlue 130 l, water 375 l.

Chopping & feed system: The cutter drum measuring 630 mm in diameter and 750 mm wide works with the COMFORT CUT system – continuously variable theoretical length of cut (TLC) adjustment and an integrated metal detector to protect downstream components. DIRECT STOP automatically halts the machine on detection of foreign objects, safeguarding both the harvester and crop. QUICK ACCESS allows the pre-compression roller housing to be swung open for rapid access to service points. Four pre-compression rollers with mechanically-hydraulically adjustable pressure ensure a consistent material flow. QUICK STOP actively brakes the crop-flow assemblies for safer emergency stops.

Travel control & driver assistance: CRUISE PILOT – an automatic forward-speed controller – keeps engine load constant and maximises throughput by automatically adjusting ground speed to crop density. CONTOUR controls the header's ground-contact pressure and provides automatic lowering with vibration damping for smooth operation over uneven terrain. The GREEN EYE system (visible on the cab) provides intelligent crop-stand detection for automatic performance adaptation. AUTO PILOT (header-side) enables automated row guidance.

Discharge system: The discharge accelerator of 540 mm diameter and 680 mm width carries 8 toothed throwing paddles for maximum throwing distance and distribution. The grass chute is fitted with a removable rear panel; the discharge spout has a collision protection device; the tower rear wall is reinforced with a wear plate. Counter-knife setting and knife sharpening can both be operated from the cab.

Cab & controls: The spacious, suspended cab features the CEBIS operator information and control system with a 12-inch touchscreen terminal (combined touch and rotary-push operation), 2 video inputs and a USB port. A keypad console enables direct control of basic functions. The armrest includes radio/telephone controls; radio installation is pre-wired (aerial, speakers). Air conditioning (A/C Matic) fitted.
