The Caterpillar AD45 is a top-of-the-range underground articulated dump truck — model year 2027, brand new, available immediately from Lübeck, Germany. Purpose-built for demanding underground mining operations, it delivers outstanding payload capacity within a compact footprint.
Power comes from the proven Cat C18 engine displacing 18,100 cm³ and producing 433 kW / 581 hp (Euro 3A / Tier 3), equipped with turbocharger and intercooler for consistent output underground. The integrated retarder provides controlled braking on downhill gradients with minimal brake wear. Top speed: 42.4 km/h.
